This was uncomfortable reading and I found the characters generally pretty unpleasant.
The trope of the manipulative teen temptress feels like it's employed without much critical reflection. I spent the whole book expecting a more Gone Girl-like twist at the end, which would have been pretty cheesy, but the actual resolution wasn't very satisfying either and didn't do anything to carry the thread of her many identities through to the end.
