A fun cause and effect story sure to make readers giggle. I LOVE the end pages, too.

A good book for the younger kids. Not much going on in the story. The boy stubs his toe and causes a chain reaction. The pictures are funny. A SC Picture Book Award Nominee for 20-15-2016

When a boy stubs his toe, he sets off a hilarious chain of events that will no doubt leave from kids and adults laughing right up to the deliciously unexpected ending. The resulting chaos builds in silliness as the novel progresses: a dropped ice cream cone sends a biker of the road, to a child's flight after being launched from a teeter-totter, to an escaped herd of elephants. Energetic illustrations of the unforeseen consequences that ensue pair perfectly with the simple text.

Cute cause-and-effect story that kids will find amusing. I just wonder how the boy, who is telling the story, managed to see all that happened from his bedroom window. But that's just me.

A wonderfully funny story with perfect illustrations. It’s a domino effect where one action, stubbing your toe, leads to slipping on ice cream, and a herd of elephants escaping.

Thanks to Netgalley for an advanced copy.

It was okay, I guess. This picture book didn't really impress me at all.
I would probably suggest we carry it in the store, but not handsell it.
