Just when I think he may run out of things to write about I'm proven way wrong! If you haven't read this series you're missing out!

Never seems to amaze me how MR C.J Box finds these interesting, and spellbinding stories.

The Yellowstone Park setting is a lot of fun, and I learned quite a bit I didn't know about it. The story itself takes almost half the book to get rolling but it's a good one once things really take off.

This story goes in a different direction than the other Joe Pickett novels, and it took me a while to get into it, but it paid off. This is another solid entry in the Joe Pickett series. I highly recommend this series!

Oh, so sneaky and intriguing and omg the setting (Yellowstone) was perfect too!! This was way better than the other book in this series that I’ve read thus far (Trophy Hunt, I believe). The location really made the story shine and McCann was a wonderfully written villain.
