I really enjoyed this book. It was very different from the previous 4 in the series.
This was a hauntingly beautiful romance. I really appreciated the time that Kylie used to build up to the romance. This was somehow an instalove and slow burn all at once. I was a little worried when I saw that it was a psychiatrist/patient romance. However, Kylie did an incredible job with boundaries and handling the situation with the respect it deserved. While I appreciated the build up, I do wish we had gotten to see more of their relationship once it truly began. I guess that really means I just wanted to read more of Kylie's amazing writing.

Reclaiming Lola has been my favourite Kylie Kent book I’ve read, so far.
So I’ve been binging Kylie’s books & they’ve been good until Reclaiming Lola. Then it was something else something special and heartbreaking, but like a jigsaw slowly getting put back together.
If you need a good series to binge, also all on KU 🤩
(Best to start with Merged with Him if you want all the back storie)
