Just as absorbing and unputdownable as I thought it would be. Loved that all four elementals and their mates were featured. Did not expect what a The Mother did but it really moved the story along.

Now I really want to know more about Diana’s children.

This book was good but i didn't love it. I really like the writing and really enjoyed the first part of the book. At around the half mark though i don't know what happened. The romance of the story was totally glossed over. I totally missed when they aknowledged their attraction. We went from the hero fearing for his life due to his family name, to crushing on her and suddenly they are mates and loving each other? It was disappointing. I felt like there was a chapter missing. The final battle and epilogue were satisfying however. It's just the middle that bothers me. There are also a lot of open threads left tangling. I mean i would love for the story to continue in other books (if that's where its headed) but it shouldn't take away from the book feeling complete. This had the potential to be my favorite in the series but sadly it didn't live up to my expectations. Fire is still my favorite.

Earth by L. B. Gilbert is book 4 and the final in the Elementals Series.

As much as I love this series and have found every single book in the series to be awesome in its own way, I did feel this one fell a bit short for me.

I loved the banter and I love most of story but parts felt a bit glossed over.

A bittersweet ending to the series.
