I don't even know how to write a review of this book. Let's just say it blew my mind and I will definitely be buying a copy and reading it again and again. I tried reading Eckhart Tolle a few years ago and found him to be completely incomprehensible; apparently, my awakening had not yet begun. This time around I felt that I was totally in the right place to be reading it and although there were definitely some concepts that I had a hard time grasping, for the most part, it all completely made sense to me. I can't wait to go back and try The Power of Now again!

This book changed my life I swear. I’ve gifted a handful of copies to friends and family because of how incredibly powerful it is. This is by far the best book in this genre that I’ve read

"Mindfulness" is becoming more popular in the world of academia and elsewhere, and I really wanted to fully understand what it was all about. A friend of mine recommended that I start here. I had to push through the first few chapters... I had a hard time following his line of thinking. (I wonder if I should have read THE POWER OF NOW first? I am currently reading it now.) However, once I was able to push through, I got it! Or at least I think I did. I am doing my best to be present.

I think The Power of Now is better than this book
