I mean its definitely memorable. There was something so Australian about it but like in a way that I haven't seen depicted before in a book. 
The crudeness makes it defiantly not for everyone (including me at times some of those interactions were just uncomfterble ) 
but there is something weirdly endearing because I feel like I know these people

If you've read any MM&O before, you know exactly what to expect. If not, imagine the worst possible people whose lives revolve around getting drunk and high. It's depressing, yet at the same time somehow hilarious. This volume is full of short collected vignettes with no overarching story, unlike most of the other volumes.
