I can’t believe I finished it but I’m glad I did. It’s definitely worthwhile but yeah. I’m not sure I have much else to say about it here. I don’t think I could be succinct enough.

An absolute masterpiece of modernist literature.

“The unendurable is the beginning of the curve of joy," Barnes writes, but, sadly, the sentiment doesn't hold true for this catastrophic experience of a novel. This book may be important, but it is certainly unendurable. I can't recommend this to anyone other than perhaps modernist scholars.
