Cannibalistic killers, handsome yet sketchy dentist hiding something dark and unhinged, Medusa-like monsters, killer storms, possessions, traumatized victims trying to recover from a tragedy (that actually happened in real life)… these are just some of the themes you’ll experience in Jayson’s new short story collection, Fables to Depart By. I really enjoyed most of the stories in here! They were incredibly creepy and atmospheric. You know a story is good when it also unlocks new fears for you too
