Loved the characters. The plot at time was a little ridiculous but overall was enjoyable. Also liked that the writer kept in mind non-native readers and would explain some aspects of their culture.

I really enjoyed learning about the culture through the main character. The story itself felt a little too convoluted at times, and the voice was young (as it should be, since this was YA. I’m just not the intended audience)
