This is the seventh book in this series. I have read the first few but I picked this one up because the description intrigued me. It can be read as a stand-alone but I didn't feel the connection to the characters that I would have liked. Don't get me wrong, it was entertaining but I just became frustrated with the HUGE plot holes/points that didn't make any sense. It was shaky ground and I just trudged on to finish the story. It was an ok read.

** And ARC was provided through NetGalley for an honest review**

Lisa Kessler is a new to me author and I'm so bummed that I haven't read her books before. Now, I have to go back and read ALL the other books in this series! As a firm believer in FATE, I love reading stories about soul mates and that's exactly what Luke and Raven are. They have hot chemistry together and some pretty spicy but sweet sex scenes. I only wished that there was an epilogue because I love to read just a bit more happy endings. I'm also hoping that Ms. Kessler will continue her series, I want to read about some of the other characters! Told from dual POVs with a sweet end. I received, read and voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
