Where to start? This book was pretty brilliant and it follows not only a murder case but the potential demise of Lindsay. We also get introduced to the new member of the women's murder club, Yuki.

The plot was amazing and it kept me hooked from the very beginning. I've I've literally reading a book a day 😂 thats how hooked I am. I felt like there was a bit too much going at times with both the murder case and the court case overlapping each other and I was a bit confused but it was only occasionally.

This one was slightly predictable to me at times. Not so much the intentions of the killer but who could possibly be and it turned put i was right. That didn't take anything out of the book. Sometimes I like feeling smart like that unless it's a constant thing.

Also, Penelope was the best part of this book. If you read it, you'll see what I mean 😂

This book was very deep and quite disturbing sometimes. The topics are very emotional so please check the trigger warnings before reading.

I think I might take a break on the series now and read another book or two until i pick it up again. I'm loving this series and the quicker I read, the quicker it'll be over and i don't want that.
