I was a David Sedaris virgin, well... not anymore. It was short, funny, and genuine. I think it’s a good introduction for someone planning to read Sedaris for the first time. I’m planning to read Calypso next and I have a strong feeling I’d love it just as much.
(This also has been a great palate cleanser since I just finished The Dragon Republic by R. F. Kuang; the total opposite of what has left me a wreckage. My world will end once the last book arrives.)
(Sorry for mentioning another book series on this review, just want to lay it all out there. This, after all, is a short written account of my thoughts and feelings while I was reading the essay and let me just say that not only did I enjoy it but it has also helped me with my massive book hang over.)

Quick lighthearted read. I'll most likely read it again. However,I think it could be a bit longer.

Thank you Kindle Unlimited for 17 pages of laughs and joy. A 5 minute read that was well worth the time.
