Patron Saint Patti Smith! A beautiful tale of two souls that were destined for an encounter. Love, loss, and more love. I love this duo.

I cannot describe with words how beautiful this book is. It took me a while to read through it but only because I didn’t want it to finish.
Patti Smith tells her story in such a beautiful way that this book has quickly become one of my favourite reads.
Definitely recommend.

I think I would have liked this book more if I actually knew who Patti Smith or Robert Mapplethorpe was before I read it. But still pretty good!

Smith describes the simplicities of life in the same manner as the big moments. I felt compelled to slow down and appreciate my surroundings. To think about what it means to be young at this moment in time. A book I’ll carry with me.
A beautiful writer and artist.
