Oh how I've missed Rachel, Ivy Jenks, Trent, Al and Bis. It was so nice to go on an adventure with them again.

I can't even begin to explain the satisfaction of having another story with Rachel, Jenks, Ivy, Trent, Bis and the other characters I've come to know and love in The Hollows! I love this series so much, and not only are the characters truly multi faceted, the world building is amazing as always, too.

American Demon is about the aftermath of freeing the demons from the Ever After, and Rachel had a lot on her plate, that's for sure.

This was fun to return to Rachel Mariana Morgan's life, especially when I thought the series was done. I quite enjoyed this and look forward to more of the series.

I prefer the way the original ending happened. This addition to the series just erases the ending of book 13, as if it never happened.

Apparently Kim Harrison had more to write in the Hollows. A very good book and good continuation of the series. Looking forward to more.
