⭐️3.5 It felt so good to come back to Rina Kent. Her books are comfort read and never disappoint me (nothing below 3 stars type of disappointment). Asher definitely doesn’t want to give up the hate, but he can’t resist the attraction and keep his hands off her. I believe Reina has a twin, but she was the other twin who got mistaken as the real Reina. We will see what happens in book 2!!!

Wow! This book got me hooked and I said good-bye to my sleeping schedule for this book because it felt like a thriller and i wanted answers soo bad.
Tbh I was very much confused in the beginning and had no idea what was going in the book for like 1st few chapters and i thought it's boring but then the book kept me hooked i had sooo many questions? Like what was happening? It felt like a thriller tbh!
The characters were all shady asf and i absolutely loved it.

What a great book. I love them dark with tons of mystery thrown in and this doesn't disappoint. Asher is a grade A jerk, or...is he? The by play between Reina, and Asher is off the charts. The author did a great job of meshing their two personalities.. The lavish rich world in which these characters live of course add to the overall feelings in this book.
The mystery, angst, absolute hatred, twists, turns, and so much more is packed into the first half of this duet. I cannot wait to read the second half, and get some answers. Rina Kent is quickly turning into a favorite go to author. She writes so beautifully, I cannot get enough of her words.

Boring. So boring, nothing happened except that she doesn’t have memories and Asher grabs her throat but not tight enough to stop her breathing, just enough to keep her from moving.
