Starting to realize the pacing in these books were a bit abrupt, and I felt like the characters could have been more developed. I do like that this book is set in a different fantasy world, and isn't urban-fantasy. Also I did forget a ton of stuff that happened in the previous books and who everybody was.

I'm choosing to think that it just needs a good editor. You know, to help with the pacing, the abrupt changes, the characterisation, the logic, the spelling, the tired fantasy tropes....

This is the most amazing book ever! Not only does it have a perfect ending, which is rare, but there continues to be even more surprises and plot twists. Definitely my favorite book by Chanda Hahn. I'm sad that the series is over, but there couldn't be a better ending.

Loving it! Chanda Hahn is a wonderful writer, I love this series! Thalia is such a wonderfully brave and conflicted heroine, I find her adventure mesmerizing! Well done.

This series was amazing. This book was everything I hoped it would be. I just can't even collect my thoughts in order to formulate a proper review because this series blew me away. Definitely in my top 10 favorite YA series list. I can't wait to read them again!
