As he so masterfully did in his best seller 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Dr. Covey teaches us how to take out lives to yet another level! From effectiveness to greatness, we can accomplish anything.

A great follow up book to the seven habits. Covey communicated the material far better in this book. A really great personal development book. When first starting to read the material i did not think i had the ability to understand this type of book thinking it was beyond me. However the more i study the material and try to understand i find my potential growing. Really greatful to have developed the personal development bug now.

This is very business heavy.
I was hoping for something more useful for everyday life.
The first half was easily digestible compared to the last 200 pages.

Not as good as expected, or maybe it's the fact that I'm currently not engaged in any teamwork, that it doesn't feel like the right time to read and apply anything from the book. Many parts of the book are alike & repetitive.

There's a lot of great concepts in this book, but I personally could use more everyday examples seeing them in practice.
