The spicy is well written. The rest is a slog. It’s a “treated other women as disposable but you’re not like the other girls” vibe so beware if you find that sexist and yuck. Only details you get aside from them being hot for each other is boasting about killing it at business. He’s crushing vodka on the rocks throughout, I got distracted by how gross that sounded to me haha. Friends to lovers is a mislabel, more like “thought you were hot but was told to stay away.” The conflict of hiding it from sis barely made sense. No actual stakes or risks. He didn’t even struggle going from playboy to in love. It doesn’t have a 3rd act break up for those who are looking for spice with little angst.
Graphic: Sexual content
Moderate: Sexism

Oh damn this book, it definitely gave me ideas for irl. Not to mention it wraps up the Dalton Family series so well. I can’t wait for the next books!
