Greek Mythology, monsters, demigods, and a LOT of spice. I can only say that this is everything a fan of Greek mythology desires; it's the version of Percy Jackson but for adults. This book has it all; from beginning to end, it grabs you in Ashley's story with her beloved monsters. Their relationship isn't super romantic, but I tell you, the chemistry between them is exquisite. In the spicy part of this story, WOW multiple Knotting, BSDM, a lot of cum, size difference, all your dirty mind can imagine.

The plot, despite all the spice, is interesting; the details of mythology are present, adapted to the modern world and a mafia-style setting. I can only say that the story enchanted me, it caught me, and I will continue this saga as one of my favorites. The characters are a bomb, each with their unique personality. Minos is so sweet, unlike Damon and Aaecus, who are opposites. The three of them make the perfect and sexiest monster I've read about. Who could say that a contract could bring you the best moments of your life?

Don’t cry, princess. If your makeup is going to run, it’ll be because you’re taking our cocks.

This was interesting. Not as entertaining as her Creature Cafe series but I liked the greek gods and monsters aspect of it.

This took me a long time to finish because I wasn't feeling it. Maybe to do with the characterizations? But the "heroes" were a bit too murderous for me. The letter from the Fates did make me laugh though!

Hoooooly Shmoley Mythology Mafia

Okay okay this was HOT AS H3LL. From Ashley getting caught stealing the painting, all the way up to the last PAGE. A sassy little fireball of a woman enjoying everything the men threw at her and asking for more- and the more being every monsterly part of them? BAYBAYYY

I loved watching how each guy came to see and accept how attached they were to her, and how perfect they fit together. Ashley finding herself and feeling comfortable in a monster man sandwich was the icing on the cake. Not to MENTION the hot monster men are into each other as well.

This book is what I LIVE FOR

2.5 rounded up to 3.

I liked this book, but I'll admit I struggled with parts of it. Definitely check the tirgger warnings first. This is a dark mafia monster romance heavy on the kink. I enjoyed the fated mates aspect of the story and was glad when the monsters threw the contract out the window.

What I struggled with the most was how the book was structured. It read like a smutty novella with an extended epilogue tacked on the end and the two halves of the book weren't really meshed together well. With any first book in a series, there is always that struggle to set up the world and hint at future storylines while also serving character arcs. While this did a decent job of that, I also feel you could skip it and dive into book two.
