nesta’s backstory was heartbreaking to discover. i liked how sarah j maas didn’t go too in depth of what happened but wish she put trigger warnings in her books. personally really liked the book and getting more of nesta and cassian together! i do agree with everyone that it sucked how the book really just ended on feyre and rhys and how nesta gave up her powers for them. i wish nesta could’ve kept her powers and the next book explores them more and less feyre and rhys.

i didn’t think i was going to love this because i’ve always hated nesta but damn it was good!!!!!!! i loved seeing her grow and change and learn to love. this book made me cry and laugh, i was angry at times but god it was so good. it’s definitely a new favorite!!!!

This book is a sin to have on my bookshelf in many cultures and I enjoyed it more than a few other books in this series.

It's interesting to read from Nesta's and Cassian's POV and see Feyre + Rhys on the outside. The House itself having a personality and the Valkyrie plot points... gold. Just gold! I enjoyed every bit of this. I also wonder how SJM wrote this and thanked her kids at the end haha.

this series is not without its flaws but damn do I love a book about healing from trauma in the middle of a series. Loved Nesta's journey. However, the most unrealistic part of this whole fantasy series is the amount of simultaneous orgasms. Like, every time? lol okay.

Definitely my favorite of the series. I’m not sure I’ve ever related to a character more than Nesta. Thankful to SJM for writing this beautiful book.
