This battle game me chills all up and down my arms. The craziness behind the dragon slayer magic is what I live for and the fact that we got to see it in this setting was exactly what I wanted. I loved everything about it and I was riding on such a high from it but then they paused the story and went back to the day before instead of continuing on. That high I had came crashing down and really ruined it for me. I really hope that doesn't happen again for this next one...

The Gildarts chapter at the end was pretty interesting, especially since there was no dialogue at all. The resort/beach filler thing was meh; just another excuse for fan service. But, omg, I'm not sure how I feel about Jellal accidentally groping Erza... Wow, Mashima. Wow.
