Heavy themes, I just wasn't in the mood to finish that. Manipulative side characters that I found annoying.

I like to think I'm sympathetic to peoples circumstances and troubles. I've always put myself in thier shoes and tried to think with the shoe on the other foot, but after reading this I dont believed I thought hard enough about the situation some are people in. The depth that Tillie goes in to the troubles that occur in this book is amazing and no doubt will give food for thought. It's never been easy for the people on the outside to get a proper grasp on what other people go through with troubles or disorders but this amazingly written work will give a more in depth opportunity to see a real side of the thoughts and effects of not only the person involved but everyone in said persons life. I was amazed with each word I read and each tear I shed at the sheer strength in the characters involved in this story. I know Tillie said at the beggining of this book it was a disorder she had, she's a hero for tackling a taboo subject and writting about about it so beautifully but have had this trouble in life and come out the other side with strength, she's a super-hero and I think very brave to dig deep and go through some terrible emotions to write a story so close to her own.
You will fall in love with the characters, the story line, the love between these characters and the author.
You will shed tears like someone kicked ur puppy and be on an emotional rollercoaster all the way through.
But you'll recommend the book to friends, re-read the book and have a deeper appreciation and understanding of someone with a disorder and think of thier emotions and heartache before thinking things shud be easy for them deal with with either medication or psychotherapy. AMAZING!!!!!!

My heart. This book was such a beautifully heartbreaking story of two broken characters that find strength within one another. Two broken characters that find their

Austin Carillo from the wrong side of the tracks, and Lexington Hart the girl with the fake smile and laughs. These two characters couldn't have been more different, yet it was their differences that drew them together. And what a beautiful story it made to read.

This is one emotional and heartwrenching story, that quite literally broke my heart. However it was the beautifully written words of Tillie Cole, who told these two amazing characters stories that put it back together. To read the battles of Lexi, and Austin were so hard. But it was reading this raw and real story that made their triumph empowering, sweet and so damn worth every tear dropped.

Sweet Fall by Tillie Cole is not your typical NA sports romance. This story sheds light on very real situations for - sadly - so many people. It has opened my eyes to more than an amazingly written romance and phenomenal author. It has truly opened my eyes to real life situations, struggles and disorders. I beyond highly reccomend this novel and series to all. It has become one of my absolute favourite NA SR and would happily re read in the near future.

I'm finding it hard to put words to this review... I loved the overall story, I found it a little hard to relate to at times, but at others, the whole idea made sense.

I really enjoy how Ms. Cole was able to shed light in situations that are not easy to talk about or bring up in a manor that has a reader totally engrossed in the story and the lives of the characters.

I found this one a little slower to start (probably because I wasn't able to completely understand some of the issues at first), but once I hit the sweet spot that is in every book, I flew through the rest in one sitting.

Highly recommend the series as a whole.

I liked it, but it just felt like there was too much going on everytime something happened with the fmc something happened with the mom and heโ€™d be more focused on the fmc especially the last part it was just hard to follow when it was happening at the same time multiple times.

Wow I was so surprised by this book. It took my heart and stomped all over it. It deals with an body illness and someone who can't leave his past behind him.

The Austin in this book is unlike the Austin in Rome's story. That Austin seemed normal and relaxed. This one was created to be a past gang member. Book 1 showed that at one point there was hints of him having a crush on Lexi. I think Tillie Cole meant to make this one book, but then wanted to tell friends' stories so continued on with more and added more to each character than what was built up so this created a new type of Austin based on what was already shown in the first one

When I was about 1/4 in I didn't like it as much as Sweet Home/Rome, but I was still enjoying this immensely because lets be honest here. This is Tillie Cole's books.

i like lexi and the fact that has a disorder that makes her seem imperfect regarding weight. gave a new type of character.

By the end of this book I was in peices. Although I didn't cry through it I sure felt like I wanted to. I LOVED the character of Austin. He was built up to be so tough but regarding Lexi, he turns to be the sweetest thing ever.

I love this series so much!!!
