The book about a woman soft-domming her door boyfriend has a better understanding of consent and personal boundaries than recent romance offerings. What a time to be alive.
Surprisingly well-written and a fun read, if pretty…tame? Concept aside. When you see one stock-standard plot of an everyday human and their oblivious nonhuman partnerbrought to life by the Greek gods (yes, there are that many) , you see ‘em all. Probably made it easier to go along with the stuff outlined in the book’s content considerations.
[Quick tangent: I loved those, by the way. Bare minimum, yeah, but given some authors’ tendencies to forgo proper warnings to avoid “spoiling their plot”/trying to get more copies sold on unsuspecting buyers(cough, cough, K. Webster) , it’s appreciated.]

this book was CRAZYYY 🥵🚪💀. the language was so descriptive that it created a shockingly vivid picture that truly immersed you into this unconventional romance, in a way that is uncommon and not easily replicated. the plot twists were earth shattering and utterly impossible to predict. throughout the novel you can witness a new perspective of human life and love will prompt self-reflection and contemplation, a level of thought simply on its own level. this book was a masterpiece and such a wild ride I would definitely recommend it to every single person I know 🫶🫶

Author writes about how unethical AI is in the intro. Author proceeds to write a story I'd only imagine I'd get from AI. /jk
All jokes aside, what did I read? I can't even rate this because for how bad the plot and characters (and to some degree the writing) are, I can't tell if that was intentional or not. I went into this as a comedy and left it very bewildered, but laughing. Congrats to the author for writing such a cursed book, that it inevitably became a comedic masterpiece.
