I admit I didn't put in enough effort to get the most out of it, thus a lot went over my head. The lessons are well done and tackle a lot of questions. However, many didn't really bother me.

This audio book/lecture is probably one a greatest jumping off points to understanding what you think you believe in philosophy. I highly recommend this lecture. It is no easy walk in the park and took me months to listen to completely because of rich the content and personal examination of the material.
