For a while I tried to figure out which was my favourite Adair book, Thane and Regan or Arro and Mac. Well. There's a new contender now because whoa
I was crying, bawling actually, pretty much the entire book. I was waiting for a Brodan book for a long while now, seeing how lost he seemed from his siblings' stories. And Only You delivered. I can't even think about Monroe and Brodan's childhood and teen years and the 18 years that followed those without feeling like crying. In the very very best way ever
Monroe and Brodan are... they're... amazing. Beautiful. Just. Aghhh yes please 😍😍
And the second epilogue, I was so excited to know it was coming after the fb post and it was so beautiful. Some authors like to put in unnecessary drama and heartbreak into their separate-from-actual-book epilogues but thank god Samantha Young knows exactly what the readers need. Just some beautiful love filled mushy love and happiness for the beloved characters
I can't say it enough, everyone who hasn't read Samantha Young needs to do so immediately (yes, I did get my sister to read the Dublin Street series and yes she is now interested in more and yes I will keep recommending them until I see those books everywhere because this is what they deserve)
