Jack Russo is back in town, and he and Kate plan to spend some quality time together. Then, as usual, Kate gets a call..... another dead body has been found and Kate is needed to help solve the murder. Tommy “Two-Toed” Bianchi was found floating in the lake, where he had been dumped. Then another body is found, Alastair Gem's girlfriend gets kidnapped and well, you get the picture... On top of all of this, Jack dropped the "L" word and Kate has to figure out how she truly feels about him. All of this is enough to make a girl's head explode!
This was another fun edition in the Kate Rosetti Mystery series. Kate is the ultimate female protagonist, and I love the relationship between her and Russo. This is a fun, quick read and is perfect for all of you mystery lovers out there.

I love this series. This book took me a few pages to get into, but once it got going . . . What a ride! I love how the characters have grown and connect with each other. Their relationships aren't always comfortable, but that makes them real. Ready for the next one!
