3rd person dual POV isn't my favourite style to read to found it a but tough yo get into the story but had no issue with it.

Babymoon or Bust
Authour Ava Hunter

"A one-night stand? A fucking fling? No, he wanted her. He wanted to find her and thank her for shaking him awake, for tearing off the grim cloak of darkness he’s worn for the last seven goddamn years. He held a shooting star in his arms for one night. Searing, the feeling so intense he’d do anything to keep it, but before he could, it burned out completely."

“He misses her. And the peace she gave him."

"Beautiful. So goddamn beautiful. Stop. Stop looking at her like she’s yours. But why not, Solomon? Why can’t she be?"

"This man. He’s going to be the death of her."

"Because she likes him. So damn much. She likes his flannels and his beard and his massive hands and his grumpy hate the world attitude. Oh God. She’s hopeless. She’s sunk."

Damn, these two killed me in the best way. The banter between them and not to mention the chemistry. Tess has a one-night stand with the grumpy mountain man Soloman. One night, no names… until Tess finds out she’s pregnant and has no way to reach him or find him. So she accepts that she can and will raise her little bear alone. That's until Soloman sees her on TV and tracts her down because he misses her and wants to be a part of the baby's life as well as hers.

But they both have their work cut out for them because even with the chemistry between them, the forced proximity they’re both working through their own issues which is holding them back from being with each other. I don’t know how many times I just said to him that he just needs to tell her how you feel and tell her just tell him how you feel too! But that's what made this book so good, yes they shared a steamy night together but now that they could have more it turns into a slow burn for them both.
