Gosh, these books keep getting bigger and bigger. But better and better!
When I started the series, I wondered how possibly could the story stretch for this long, but that was before I realise the depth of each characters and storylines SJM planned. The world is rich, and when I compare the beginning of QoS to the end, EVERYHING has changed. So the next 3 books will probably feel very different.
There has been quite a few surprises, with things that I really didn't anticipate and I had never read before. And that was really refreshing. I haven't felt that involved in a series for a long time, I'm loving it!

Oh mon dieu! Quelle claque monumentale je viens de prendre en terminant ce livre! C'est de loin le meilleur de la série (même s'il m'en reste 3 à finir). Par où commencer et que dire sur ce qu'il s'est passé ? Déjà Aelin est juste INCROYABLE, son évolution est constante et elle est devenue encore plus badass que dans les autres tomes, son intelligence est indéniable, elle a été capable de prévoir chaque retournement de situations. Sa relation avec Rowan qui est un véritable slow burn et ca fait tellement plaisir, qu'ils ne se sautent pas dessus dès le début. Et surtout cette trope de ennemies to friends to lovers
