Absolutely nothing is happening. Bored. Theres baby bird murder coming up? I'll pass. I really don't care how this ends.

I listened to the audiobook narrated by Christina Moore and it was absolutely perfect. I wouldn’t recommend consuming this book any other way. I loved how it was written, I loved how it almost felt like a children’s book but had the depth of an adult novel, and I loved the poetry of it all. An absolutely beautiful story.

it’s a very cute book with lovable characters and a great storyline! it’s definitely slow paced which is basically the only reason it’s not a 4 star, however, it’s absolutely worth it in the end! i recommend it if you want a new middle grade to read!
