Went to look her up on Twitter and found she’s not there. That’s how you know she’s a true genius. 10/10 perfect book.

Such an insightful dialogue. I graduated from Moody around her time there and find her interrogation of the Christian faith in real terms so moving and necessary. She engages the questions about what it means to be human/a self in a growing scientifically and technologically advanced world. To put it another way, if you ever wanted to read an argument about how Elon Musk and John Calvin had the same philosophy in essence, you’ve found your next read.

Splendid and clear-eyed thoughts about technology from former Christian turned atheist transhumanist, with a feeling that something spiritual might still be going on.

This book was interesting, it brought up some interesting conversations. The author is a writer; the essays focused on religion and technology with discussions on the different views of philosophers and theologians.

Some of the most breathtaking non-fiction I've ever been lucky enough to read. O'Gieblyn is an absolute genius, so thoughtful, well-read and interesting.
