A delight! Probably one of the best books I’ve “read” (I did an audio book) in a long time, the story had me hooked. I would highly recommend.

This is so not a book I would normally pick up and I didn't think I'd really enjoy the story as I started it but I ended up loving this book. The characters all feel like such full people, the descriptions are so succinct, and all the events felt like something that could happen. Even the secret at the end doesn't seem crazy. I loved the end, everything felt perfect and happy and warm and I'm so happy all the characters I loved got contentment.

2 ⭐️ had high hopes for this one and have liked some of Jojo Moyes’ other work but this was disappointing. Very all over the place and I had trouble getting invested in the characters.

This was cute! Just a little too long with a bit too much going on.

This book is what made me realize that I would read anything Jojo Moyes writes. I love the simplicity of the inciting incidents and the complexity, variety, and strength of her female characters (even if some of them and their decisions drive me crazy - like how long it takes Sam to realize her worth). This book definitely passes the Bechdel test, and I loved the satisfaction and fnrhe endifg! There hasn't been a book of hers that I haven't yet liked!
