A really entrancing series that guides the reader through various journeys and a crap ton of magic! Was amazing and will always be one of my favorites!

Hard to describe. Great story, beautiful details, awesome writing. Only a couple of things fell flat for me. Still a really great read though.

I really liked this series. It was interesting and action packed and had lots of twists and turns. It gets a little scary though (demons, evil people, kidnappings), so I wouldn't read it to a very young audience.

This has always been one of my favorite series. Brandon Mull is incredibly imaginative. I categorize this book under "Quest" type books. These books (like the fourth Harry Potter) feature the protagonist trying compete a goal or get an item and along the way they must solve crazy puzzles and figure put how to outsmart traps. Mull has a real gift for writing these scenarios.
I would highly recommend this book for boys and girls of any age.
