This was fun - Mrs. P stays close to home when she finds a girl hiding in her closet! It takes awhile to unwind all that's happening. And there is a CIRCUS! How unexpected. It does end internationally, back in Africa but is mostly on US soil this time. What an adventure.

I really enjoyed this one, and learned a bit of history once again. The country name was changed, but King Leopold's wasn't. Man...learned that awful history in the Congo.
Great story, and once again, some wonderful characters.

3.5 stars...Maybe 4. Another enjoyable Mrs. Pollifax read. Clean, fast-moving.
