Just so incredibly detailed and had it's moments of nice freindship and humor. I REALLLY loved it...just me being my juvenile self...:P

April Mother/Daughter book club book.
What a cute kids book! I loved the good adults (and I thought the bad adults were hilarious!) and who doesn't the Vial that makes everyone's lies "fragrant"?? Ahhh, very funny book!

A magical book that moves right along, this is perfect for middle school readers.

I found this book to be quite entertaining. The premise was light and yet there was a "villian" in it as well. I liked the idea of rodents (which many people do not like) to be nice and easy-going throughout the book. I would recommend this to younger readers.

I gave this to my nephew for his 11th birthday and he then loaned it to me to read - very fun!

I forgot this book existed until I was using it for a book display and decided to read it again and
1. I didn't notice the sheer number of puns it uses when I read it as a kid & OH BOY are there a lot of them
2. This is such a weird concept, but it's executed pretty well, so good for Lynne Jonell
