My kids loved this one - silly, rhyming and mischievous pigs for the win.

The little piggies don't want to go to bed, they'd rather play! Rhyming text and adorable illustrations show the piggies sneaking back to bed every time they think they hear Mama, then getting back up to play, play, play. Eventually they all fall asleep in Mama's bed. It's a fun book if you're okay with there being no consequences for them constantly disobeying Mama. I think kids will be amused!

A cute rhyming piece about a group of young piggies who are trying to play, rather than go to sleep. They slink down the hallway and peer over the bannister, all to check if their mom can hear them. Thankfully, she is usually on the phone or fixing a snack. There is much fun to be had and no time for sleeping. By the end, with mom preparing for bed, all the piggies slide under the covers, ready for nighttime snuggles before drifting off to sleep. Neo liked this piece and told me that he loves to act like those piggies, jumping and playing at bedtime. I reminded him that he was usually asleep soon after going into his room, though he could not think of a retort for this. Lol, kids!
