This book is a lovely and non-judgemental look at autism and how it presents in the adult population. Loved it.

If you have looked into autism at all then this book probably won't tell you anything new. However, it is a short book which provides a clear insight into different cognitive styles. It's the sort of book that would be great for employers to read. I thought it was well set out, and whilst not comprehensive, provided examples of a range of situations that may be stressful for autistic adults. The situations framed with explanations from both the autistic and PNT perspective were great and show how easy it is for misunderstandings to escalate.
