I enjoyed these two volumes, but this second one fell more off the rails (the plot was hard to follow and dragged), and I don't think I'll continue with the series. I like these characters, though, and maybe I'll pick up a later Hawkeye series at some point.

I feel like a little more Marvel knowledge would be helpful for reading this in order to fully understand what is happening and who is involved. However, I love the dynamics and the general concept of this series as well as the character of Hawkeye. The art isn't my favorite and the story feels confusing to follow at times, but most of what is here works well and makes for a fun read.

This book has extraordinary art. The whole thing is perfectly colored and laid out, you even get to see the issue wide color guide used on the extra pages at the end of the volume. Clint Barton is extraordinary precisely because he is the "ordinary guy" Avenger, as put by one of the characters. A must read non-super hero in the Marvel universe.

More tracksuit bros. More awkward situations. More fun. Great series. Bro.

Much more convoluted story-telling than the first volume, not quite as funny, and I'm still not a huge fan of the art. There were some good moments (the Superstorm Sandy story and the last issue from Pizza Dog's point of view), but as for the rest, didn't really get me going, bro.

It's insane how much I'm love this comic. The power couple Fraction and Aja return with their adopted children Clint Barton and Kate Bishop in the second volume of Hawkeye.

This time around being almost impossibly more enjoyable than the first with my increasing love for Barton with all his flaws and kind of dickish ideals but all the same on his way to becoming my favourite avenger.

I thoroughly enjoyed issue 9 of this volume as it included some the more prominent females in Bartons life and showed some insight into his past for those who are new to the Clint Barton character. And let's not forgot to mention the awesomeness that was issue 11 with Lucky the dog as our point of focus, well done Fraction, well done.

Artwork great and unique as usually fitted the theme of the comic perfectly with the help of the colouring by Matt Hollingsworth.

If you enjoyed the first volume of Hawkeye be sure to pick up this volume too; you won't be disappointed.
