This is the single worse book I’ve read this year. This book managed to be about a gay main character and blatantly homophobic at the same time. I have no idea how anyone in the right mind published, specially considering it was published 2018. It’s filled with racist, LGBTQIA+phobic stereotypes that are very harmful to perpetuate. The main character felt like a cartoon of a human being and the narration style left a lot to be desired.
