**My thanks to NetGalley and Avery Aster for providing me with a free copy for an honest review**

This is a sexy as hell novella that finds Vive Farnsworth coming out of rehab and into a half way house where she finds her happily ever after.

I managed to read this novella in an hour, but i am a fast reader.

As a bonus story, you also get the first Manhattanites book Unscrupulous as a free read, which is great unless you have already been following the series and have already read it.

I was a little disappointed that this was such a short length novella, and felt that Vive was getting a little screwed over in the book department, especially as Lex and Taddy both got full length books.

On the whole though it is brilliantly written in the authors dirty, fast and witty way. Just a little too short for me.

"Uncensored" is Vive's story.
Vive's trying to stay sober after her rehab, so she moves into halfway house. That's where she meets Roddick Beckstrong, a tennis player.
Rod lost everything - his son, his career and his money. Now he's recovering from his addiction. But he also has another goal - to destroy Vive Farnworth, just like she destroyed him.

I liked this one! It's a short, insta-love kind of story.
Vive is... cool. I liked her and it was nice to see her sober. Story of her life is a sad one, but finally after many years of numbing her pain with booze and pils, she decided to finish rehab. As for Rod, he's hot, sexy and really, REALLY quick with voicing his feelings - seriously, that moment dumbfounded me for a moment.
Overall, enjoyable story if you want a quick read.

This book was something that I've waited for, for so long now! And it didn't disappoint. Although, this book was only a short story (only took me about two hours to read it), it gave me so much happiness. I have now read every book in the Manhattanites series and Vive has always been a bit of a mystery to me. Now, I finally got my answer to everything I have ever wondered about her and to know that she finally got her happy ending just makes everything so much better.
This story was fast paced, full of sexual tension and it never got boring. I have said it before, I absolutely adore Avery Aster's way of writing and I can't wait to read whatever comes out next!
