Lady Katherine wants a taste of forbidden pleasure and she’ll have it!
Wow, what a little jewel! Wonderfully written, perfectly designed to entice, divert, arouse, leave the reader wanting for more, more, more! I don’t think I can wait until next summer for the book… Because this is a teaser, actually, for an upcoming book, where I hope we’ll discover Kitty’s motivations and we’ll renew our acquaintance with wicked Sebastian, a thoroughly swoonable hero! I love Sawyer Quinn’s ambitious project of tying prequel erotic novellas with actual books… Now I’m anxiously waiting for the next one!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Sawyer sent me the arc and I loved it. It was a quick read and so fun. Her story writing is so good. I will be recommending this to all of my fellow reader friends. I can't wait to read the rest of the series!

This story is fast paced, but there is no shortage of insane chemistry and some spice.

Katherine knows what she is doing could get her into some trouble, yet that didn’t stop her. This is a prequel novella, but I am already hooked on this story and these characters so I can’t wait to see where things are going to go. I already love Seb and I can’t wait to get to know more about him.
Masked Innocence is a tease of what is to come and I am here for it all.

If you’re looking for an erotic, historical romance this is one to check out!

This was the perfect teaser for Katherine’s upcoming story!

I loved the twisted trope—- the shy, virginal vessel takes charge of the seduction. She ensures she gets what she’s wanted for a very long time and then departs with a studied nonchalance that floors the hero.

The things I loved the most:

1. The banter was saucy and sarcastic and flippant.
2. The heroine is fully in touch with her own sexuality and her own sexual needs and though she may be a virgin, she is not shy in the bedroom.
3. The heroine’s insouciant departure completely flummoxed the hero- it’s clear he’s usually the one calling the shots and exiting stage left first.
4. The intimacy was both passionate and steamy. Although the setting itself was erotic, there was a connection between the MCs that went beyond sexual attraction.

I cannot wait to read the full story!!!!

This book was short, but man did it draw you in. Even though you don't get much context about Katherine and Clairebourne, I'm already curious and ready for book two. Their chemistry and heat are off the charts.

I received this book as an ARC and this is my honest review.
