This is a companion piece and is actually okayish, stories ranging from whatever happened to other spider characters and what made them be this way and like focusing on Dr Strange and the return of Morlun and whatever goes on with the Sin-eater and once he learns of the truth of Harry, its epic! Though most issues felt fillers, others were important to be read along with and the focus on MJ and GG in the end issue was awesome! The art was decent for the most part but the dialogues somewhere felt corny but despite it is still good!

I think it’s criminal these issues were not included in the volume 11 collection of Amazing Spider-Man (2018) there are many threads missing from that volume that were present here.

I read these in single issues and that do flesh out a number of threads clearing up slight confusions in issues 54 and 55. And on top of that these are well drawn and pretty good issues.

I’m back and forth on the end of Sin eater here. His actual ending is good but his last plot of hunting Morlun down and dealing with his followers was probably my least favorite part of this book.

Mary Jane kicks ass, Norman is pretty interesting here, and the Spider clan being possessed by demons is mostly done through the issues included here.

Solid read that should have been included in the main volume.
