Ok. So I read 70% percent of the book and I refuse to read more rn but I think that’s good enough to give an honest review.
The book starts off great. It builds a strong foundation for the story and it’s not difficult to understand what’s going on. All the characters have strong personalities which makes it easy to know who you’re rootin’ for and who you’re going to hate.
Around chapter what…twenty something is when I started to absolutely hate the story. The character development was choppy. Also, the story telling was feeling a bit repetitive. The only reason I didn’t stop reading sooner is that the only person in the book that I liked and whose character is consistent is the Prince himself.
Also the romance was stupid, like there was nothing to look forward to. She instantly fell in love with him from the jump.
This story started off as a five star but i’m ending it on a 1.8 star. I might finish just so I can know how it ends. But that possibility is very slim. I loved the premise of the book but the execution was horrible.
Lastly, this book is CinderellaXBeauty and the Beast which I liked.

I enjoyed the premise, and it was mostly executed well but there were some copy editing issues (repeated sentences, missing words) that took me out of the story, and that seemed like something you would catch on a proofread.

I really enjoyed the storyline and the characters. It is a good easy read. I only give this book 2.5 stars because there are massive errors. I don't if this author self-publishes or if she has an editor, but there are whole paragraphs that repeat and some very obvious grammatical errors. But other than that it is a great story and I enjoyed the read.
