This MM novella was such a charming and wonderful read! It follows Cain and Aiden, two stubborn men refusing to admit their feelings. Maybe a Christmas Cupid is just what they needed....Small town, hallmark vibes, with some steamy spice thrown in, make this a delightful and captivating read! I was enchanted throughout the whole story, and I hope to see more of Aiden and Cain!

Christmas Cupid, book 1 of the Holiday Hearts series by Cassie Lein @cassieleinauthor.  I am a massive fan of Cassie’s & this was such a great book! This is MM.

I loved this book about Aiden & Cain so much! It's not Cassie’s normal TW happy books. This was sweet & happy & I was so happy to read it! If you like MM, light, sweet, happy, interfering mom, & Christmas, then you'll love this book!

Christmas Cupid is a great introduction story into a MM romance read. It was a very cute and fun read. We get some meddling family members and a small town rooting for two people who have loved each other for years. This is book one of the Holiday Hearts Series.

Cain and Aiden were super cute together and adding this during the Christmas season made for some light hearted reading. While their relationship was part of a rushed feel, I don't truly feel it was rushed. They have known each other since high school and have been friendly with each other the whole time. We see the inner monologue of each guy and we know that they each like the other and have for a long time, but they both don't think the other is interested. This is where the meddling family come together. A secret Santa gift brings the two men together and they are able to truly express how they feel about each other.

There was some scenes of miscommunication and jumping to conclusions. They weren't sure how the other felt and instead of talking it out, they assumed incorrect information.

I can't wait to read the rest of the series as this one was a really cute read. I enjoyed the relationships of the whole town and can't wait to see who gets matched up together.

Sweetest MM Christmas story I've read in a long time. Cain and Aiden met their senior year of high school, but that just wasn't where they story was ending, just beginning. Fast forward 8 years, both in careers and one pull from the Christmas Stocking throws a whole series of events into play.

Such a happy ending story. The characters are all sweet, we meet some that come into later books also, and having read one of them, it was FUN to see them BEFORE. Cain's mama is the mama we all love, but some of us is glad isn't ours.

Happy reading!

Finding true love after years of waiting.

I loved this small town Christmas romance. The secret Santa that the town does is such a wonderful idea and is one of the things that brought these two together in the beginning when Aiden first moved to town.
I love how each one of the characters felt too shy to be the one to make the first move. Being afraid of rejection. Once they make the move, thanks to some meddling from mom, they are hot!
Cain is in construction and Aiden owns the local bookstore with a bakery. It took them eight years of being into each other before they finally make a move. So the result is well worth the wait. I look forward to what this author has planned next.

Short, sweet and smutty! I was looking for a zero angst book to read with a HEA and this hit the spot completely

Secret Santa, small town, loved you forever vibes.

This is a cute Christmas novella about Aiden and Cain. They meet in high school but never do anything about their growing feelings for one another. Fast forward to adulthood and with the angst of "I like him but he doesn't like me," we get to explore their relationship with them.

Thanks to a nosy and pushy mom and sister, the two are "thrown" together in a way they never saw coming. Now they are forced to confront their feelings. Once they take the dive, it's forever.

Cute, family driven and some spicy 🔥 scenes. This is definitely a feel good read.

This book was pretty good! I like that if gives you a preface to the “first moment” these guys met. It is dual POV and you get to read from each perspective. Cain’s character has a bit of character development and a moment when he realizes that he’s been a complete jerk. Puts into perspective about not jumping to conclusions and actually talking to your partner. It’s a short Christmas Story and feels more Hallmark than they want you to think! It’s sweet though! They got their deserved happily ever after and it’s a good quick read.

This is such a great Christmas novella; I'm not usually one for small town romances but this and the other one in the series I have read, Summer Sweethearts, just hooked me straight away. This is sweet without being too much, insta-love but with a history, low angst and plenty of humour.

Cain and Aiden are just adorable and I loved them from the start.  The will they/wont they tension between them is perfect in this as they have kept their feelings for each other under wraps for years. Both of them thinking the other isn't interested but too anxious to put themselves out there to find out until they are given a not so subtle shove!  The secret santa plotline is inspired and I liked how it introduced other characters in the series as well as also helping to set up book two.

My interpretation of the star system;
3 stars - I enjoyed it; would read the author again
4 stars - I really liked it; I am invested and definitely want more from this author/series
5 stars - I loved it; I engaged with this book completely and I have added all the authors works to my TBR
