This book was really cute! It was a good mix of spice and the warm comforting feeling of being wrapped in your favorite blanket drinking a cup of tea.
Yes, it’s instalove, so if that’s not your thing, you may want to skip this one.
The scenes with the Santillian family are great. His mother is hilarious. I didn’t catch that this was book 2 in a series before reading it, so I’ll have to go back and catch the sister’s, but it still stands alone!

This one went super quick for mw plot wise. Not necessarily a bad thing but I've gotten kind of spoiled to Kate's other books which seem to have the perfect ratio of plot progression and story arc.
Love this couple and definitely didn't see a pair up like this coming. Love how the opposites attract trope plays out here.
