I'm normally not someone to write reviews on books but I had to talk about this one. I first read the book all the way through years ago and I didn't really remember much. I decided to do a Harry Potter reread when I got the books in paperback 2 years ago for Christmas. It's taken me awhile to get through them, (I'm a slow reader and I enjoy taking my time. Also reading other books in-between.) and I finally got through this book, and oh my God. It's probably gotta be my favorite out all the books. I couldn't put it down! I actually cried towards the end, because, well, we all know what happens at the end.
I immediately had to watch the movie after just to see what they kept in and left out. I've seen the movie so many times before, freeform and/or other channels that have marathons, but I haven't watched it all the way through in some time. All I have to say is if you're someone who watched the movies first and are debating on whether or not to read the books. READ THE BOOKS. The move left out SO much, I mean any movie does when books become movies, but for real I recommend 100% to reading these books because the movie left out a lot things, a lot of things I thought seemed important. In my opinion the move went too fast and got right to the point, but this is a b0ok review not a movie review, so my point is, read the books.
