This book I chose on my own, not through my library's reading challenge, but I still was lukewarm with it. (Well, at least I broke my 1 star streak, yay!) I had very high expectations, and unfortunately they were not met.

A good read but The Handmaid’s Tale and it’s sequel will always be my favourite novels from the author.

I didn't read this book for the longest time because I don't like books about female killers, but the plot is richer, and not at all that simple. Like all of Margaret Atwood's books, this is a great read!
