very interesting read with some reflections about art and why we enjoy it. I’ve liked Rimbaud for quite some time now, and I found out about him because of the musicians he influenced, but I was never really into The Doors. Not for any reason, really, I just didn’t know much about them. So it was great no lean a bit more about Jim Morrison.

I didn’t find the connection between both poets something to be amazed by, but it was still interesting pointing out. I totally would’ve gone to one of Fowlie’s lectures on the topic. He also brings many informations from different topics, which makes the book even more interesting.
