I really enjoyed the historical section of this but the present section fell a bit flat, think I need a slight break as the stories are all getting a tad too predictable for me now. I did love Tiggy as a character though

I love the Seven Sisters’ series but this book wasn’t as good as the previous ones. I am not sure why I feel this way. It is a good story but it didn’t grip me and often I didn’t feel like picking the book. Perhaps it has something to do with that I read the hard cover book which is heavy and not practical to read in bed. Definitely prefer kindle for bigger and heavier book. I am excited reading the next books

I liked it more than the previous two in the series. It could have been a combination of having it set in Scotland and Spain. I love Granada and have stood in Sacramonte with the sun setting on the Alhambra, so it was easy to imagine Maria’s life in the caves. I had my usual complaints about the dialogue being stilted and unrealistic for a woman in her 20s, but it was less than in the other books.

Another great one. I was really interested in Tiggy her way of thinking and I want to visit Sacromonte! The spiritual journey was not my cup of tea, so that is why I didn’t gave it 5 stars
