Ei menny kyl normal ppl edelle, silti ihan hyvä

i am yet to get my hands on intermezzo so i decided to finally read this and I'm just gonna say normal people and bwway are still my fav sally rooney books.
having read frances'—a 21 year old woman, pov two days before I turn 22 (tomorrow as i write this review) was quite interesting to me. she in some ways is just like me fr.
"He had screwed me up in his hand like paper and tossed me away." im a crumpled up piece of paper lying here cause i remember it all too well~!!! frances (a torture poet) and nick (an actor) are very all too well ten minute version coded. there's layers to this (hi to that one cinematic universe thing i love).

The more I sit with this one the more I enjoy it. I think the characters were further from me so I struggled at times to understand their choices and inhabit them. I really like the radical questions Rooney explores and the way the reader sits in the discomfort of the prickly and unlikeable.
